Comfort Food Just Got Better, Introducing Turkey With The Trimmings Pie
We all know people in our lives who are experiencing the many faces of hardship. Illness, separation, financial difficulties, terminal illness, loss of a loved one...so many difficulties we face. Just today I was talking with a friend who is going through some rough family health issues. She and her husband own their business which makes this crisis all-the-more difficult. I found myself struggling to find the right thing to say coupled with the need to do SOMETHING to improve the situation. This is the inspiration for the new collection of Comfort Pies. Sweet Summertime and we are enjoying fruits and vegetables at their peak flavors as markets are overflowing with the bounty of Summer. You'll see the many fruit pies we offer from peach to berry in many varieties. New to our collection is the Tomato Pie which captures that "just picked" flavor in a savory Parmesan crust. The Pies of Spring
Popping up through the blanket of snow outside my front door I can see the crocus and daffodils, there are robins all around, and the sun is out a bit longer every day.
