Oct 17, 2013 Comfort Food Just Got Better, Introducing Turkey With The Trimmings Pie We all know people in our lives who are experiencing the many faces of hardship. Illness, separation, financial difficulties, terminal illness, loss of a loved one...so many difficulties we face. Just today I was talking with a friend who is going through some rough family health issues. She and her husband own their business which makes this crisis all-the-more difficult. I found myself struggling to find the right thing to say coupled with the need to do SOMETHING to improve the situation. This is the inspiration for the new collection of Comfort Pies. Comfort Food, I believe in it! For the friend who needs a good meal (or needs to make sure others are fed,) but hasn't an appetite, the time or energy to shop and prepare anything.(and for that matter you don't have the time and/or ability to do this.) It doesn't need to be fast food,from the frozen food section or dinner from cardboard box. We'll prepare a nutritious, delicious, hassle free meal and best of all...DELIVER it to the door. Comfort Pie is the answer. The Turkey With The Trimmings Pie brings together the flavors of one of my favorite holidays,( and there are many flavors!) The Thanksgiving buffet has always fascinated me. With the abundance of dishes on the buffet we each put together our plate just as we want. It's Easy As Pie now offers you a buffet of sorts from which you may design a plateful of favorites and we will put it in a pie.
