The crust for Artichoke Parmeasan Pie is our Flaky Pastry incorporated with fresh grated Parmesan . For the filling we combine fresh red pepper, artichoke hearts, lemon zest, spinach, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and fresh mozzarella. To finish the pie off we top it with plenty of fresh grated Parmesan.
