The classic flavor of rhubarb is s favorite of many. For this pie rhubarb is sweetened and seasoned with lemon, nutmeg and orange zest then baked in a Flaky Pastry shell. A scratch-made custard us poured over the fruit and returned to the oven the bake. Once cooled it soon disappears !
